Alba Glow Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Deposits
- A deposit is required to confirm your booking with Alba Glow Aesthetics. The deposit amount will be advised at the time of booking and must be paid immediately.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- All deposits will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
2. Consultations
- If a consultation incurs a fee. The fee is not refundable if you choose not to proceed.
- If you are deemed unsuitable for treatment following your consultation, the consultation fee will not be refunded.
- Consultations will take place in person for Anti-Wrinkle treatments.
3. Refunds
- All treatments, treatment packages, and courses are non-refundable once purchased.
- In certain cases, treatments may be transferred to an alternative service or credited to your account, valid for 12 months.
- Skincare products cannot be refunded or exchanged once opened due to hygiene reasons.
4. Treatment Packages and Courses
- All treatment courses and packages must be completed within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
- Missed or unattended sessions will be deducted from the package and cannot be refunded.
5. Payment Terms
- The balance of payment for treatments is required on the day of your appointment.
- Accepted payment methods:
- Payment Links can be sent enabling Visa/Mastercard Payment
- Payment on-site using a debit/credit card.
- Payment via ANS.
- Outstanding balances must be settled before any further appointments can be booked.
6. Age Restrictions
- Clients must be 18 years or older for all injectable and advanced aesthetic treatments.
- Proof of age may be requested.
7. Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- If you are late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your treatment, and the late cancellation policy may apply.
8. Treatment Disclaimer
- Results vary from person to person depending on individual factors, including medical history, skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare advice.
- No treatment results can be guaranteed.
- Your treatment plan may be adjusted to suit your individual needs.
- Clients must follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions to achieve the best results and reduce risks.
9. Medical Suitability
- Clients must provide accurate and complete medical history prior to treatment.
- Alba Glow Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
10. Photography and Consent
- Before and after photos may be taken as part of your medical record.
- Separate consent will be sought if we wish to use images for marketing purposes.
11. Children and Pets
- For safety and insurance reasons, children cannot be left unattended in the clinic and are not permitted during treatment.
- Pets are not permitted in the clinic for hygiene reasons.
12. Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase (unless otherwise specified).
- Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Promotional or prize vouchers may have shorter validity periods.
13. Offers and Promotions
- Only one promotional offer can be used per booking.
- Offers cannot be combined with other discounts or applied to product purchases.
14. Complaints
- Complaints should be made in writing via email to leanne@albaglowaesthetics.com
- We will acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and aim to resolve them promptly and fairly
15. Reschedule / Cancellation Policy
Alba Glow Aesthetics operates a 48-hour cancellation policy.
- If you cancel, fail to attend, or attempt to reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
- Rescheduling is possible if requested with at least 24 hours’ notice and is subject to availability.
- If we must cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund of your deposit or the option to reschedule.
